Premium Quebec Rub is similar in composition to other "Montreal-type" seasonings, however it contains a much smaller portion of sodium. It works great on its own - and it works even better when paired with a high quality salt like Alaea Hawaiian Salt or just plain kosher salt.
This rub is made ONLY with ultra-high quality FlipFresh spices including (in order of volume): Smoked Paprika, Robusta Black Pepper, Purple Garlic, Toasted Onion Powder, Dill, Corriander, Cobanero Pepper, White Peppercorn and Kosher Salt.
These flavors blend together to compliment, beef, seafood, pork, poultry and lamb.
COOKING
For best results, season protein immediately with salt (and try a tiny bit of balsamic vinegar) and let warm up to room temperature - approximately one hour. Then, right befores cooking, sprinkle liberally with Quebec Rub. this will help sear the surface to a mahogany brown crust and seal in the moisture for remainder of the cooking time.
